By accessing or using ContentOS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ContentOS is an AI-powered script generation platform that helps content creators produce on-brand video scripts. The Service includes script generation, voice training, and brand management features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
New users receive 3 free scripts to try the Service. After the free scripts are used, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
You retain all rights to the scripts and content generated through the Service. ContentOS does not claim ownership of your generated content or the brand information you provide.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
